Phelix has achieved SOC 2 Type II compliance, following an independent audit by Insight Assurance.
Clinics trust Phelix with sensitive patient information every day, from incoming faxes and referrals to phone calls and booking data. SOC 2 Type II compliance means an outside auditor reviewed how we handle that data, not just on paper, but over an extended period of real operation. It confirms that our security controls around data protection, access, and system availability hold up in practice, not just in a policy document.
For our clinic partners, this means:
- Verified controls, not self-reported claims. The audit was conducted independently by Insight Assurance, an accredited SOC 2 auditing firm.
- Data handled with the rigor healthcare requires. Patient information moving through Inbox, Phone Agent, booking, and referral workflows is protected by controls that were tested over time, not just designed on day one.
- A foundation to build on. As we add integrations and expand into new EMR partnerships, this compliance gives clinics a consistent standard to rely on.
